Brain Based Mind-Body Meditation and Skill Building Group

(Therapist: Gabrielle Anderson & possibly Tucker Landry if we need a second group)
Studies are showing how much meditation can improve memory, decrease stress and even panic. The chronic loop to triggers can be altered by incorporating meditation into your therapeutic routine.
This religiously neutral group will be a combo of learning about the brain and why different coping strategies work, practicing a mind-body meditation together and then a short verbal process before &/or after.
Tucker is a musician. If you take his meditation group, he may or may not use live acoustic music. Cameras can be on/off based on your personal preference. This too will be coded for insurance reimbursement. Older teens welcome too. $65/Session.
