Insurance/Reimbursment
We work with most insurance companies as an out of network provider. Many insurance plans will reimburse a certain percentage of therapy fees should you wish to seek payment.
It is important for you to know that should you choose to file for reimbursement from your insurance company, we will be required to assign a mental health diagnosis. Our Center has experience working with government professionals with sensitive security clearances, political figures and young children. Although we are committed to maintaining your privacy at all times, we do not have control over how your insurance company uses information once it is released to them. If this is of concern to you, choosing not to include your insurance company may be your safest choice. We will generate a statement for you as needed for reimbursement should you choose this route. Using your flexible spending account from the office may help cover the costs of therapy as well.
If you are interested in using your insurance, ask your insurance company what your mental health benefits are with an "out of network provider". They can tell you the reimbursement rate for all relevant out-patient services.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. To avoid a $75 cancellation fee for the 1st cancellation and full fee for subsequent, all cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We accept cash, check and most credit cards.
Hours of Operation
The Center is open SIX days a week, Monday-Saturday with both virtual and in-person availability. Out therapist keep their own hours, but overall the center is open from 7:30 am through 8pm. If you know with which clinician you are interested in making an appointment, feel free to contact them directly by clicking on their name.
If you are unsure of who you would like or if you need more information, please fill out the information page below and we will be happy to help you determine which clinician would best fit your individual/family needs.
