Retraining the nervous system is more than just stimulating the vagus nerve. Teaching your body to stay calm during times of stress and duress are key. Research points to the helpfulness of guided meditation.
All program participants (or parents of)will have free access to over 75 hours of pre-recorded meditation. The meditations are organized by themes and include:
