How Parents Can Help High Achieving Teens Navigate Competitive Waters
Parents of high achieving teens (athletes, musicians, students, etc.) will learn strategies to support their child's quest to achieve peak performance in their chosen sport or other competitive activity..

The first 45 minutes of the workshop will be lecture style. The last 15 minutes will be a time for live Q&A. The webinars are recorded to add richness and the potential to review again later.
Anyone who signs up for the live webinar will receive the recording of the class emailed to them right away after. This makes it great for those who want to review the info after as well as those who can not make it to the live event.

Your Instructor for the First Three Sessions:
Gabrielle Anderson, LMFT, RPT-S™
Gabrielle, practicing therapist and founding owner of the Family Therapy Center
is certified to teach to licensed mental health professionals for Continuing Education (CEs) credit.
She teaches about the nervous system (stress responses), trauma, panic/anxiety all from a neuro-bio perspective. And she helps clients heal through the same. Gabrielle has a niche for taking heavily researched mental health related info and making it easy and applicable in one’s every daily life.
The SAME info she teaches therapists is the same info you will receive!
Your Instructor for the Fourth Session:
Susan Saint-Rossy, LCSW
Susan is a licensed clinician specializing in helping adult and and teen high performers (in elite sports, the arts, school, and business) expand their performance capabilities. She is also a seasoned relationship therapist who helps couples create safe and secure relationships.
Susan uses HeartMath (a type of biofeedback) and EMDR to help high achieving teens and adults break through performance blocks that are holding them back from achieving their highest potential.
